Community ritual terms & Conditions

By purchasing a community ritual, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• If your ritual involves a target (another person), their full name and date of birth must be entered in the Intention Box only. Do not include their information anywhere else during checkout.

• If you are purchasing a ritual for someone else, do not include your own name alongside theirs. Each booking is for one individual only, unless the other person is being listed strictly as the target of the work.

• Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you forget to include required information or submit incorrect information, there is no guarantee that corrections can be made before your ritual is performed.

• Only the individual named as the petitioner will be included in the ritual. Any additional names entered that are not intended as a target will not be added to the work.

• Individual ritual updates are not provided. You will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation email after purchase.

  • An Order Fulfilled email once your ritual has been completed.

• No additional progress updates or status emails will be sent.

• Order questions and updates are not handled through direct messages. Please do not send order inquiries via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform, as they will not receive a response.

• All community ritual sales are final. Due to the spiritual nature of these services, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers are not available.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product or service from ScribedbySaturn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from ScribedbySaturn.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Spiritual work is deeply personal, and results vary from person to person.

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that no specific outcome or timeline is guaranteed.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic, spiritual, and digital nature of my services, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and chargebacks are not accepted once an order has been placed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate checkout information.

• Providing a valid email address.

• Submitting complete and accurate intentions.

• Reviewing all information before placing an order.

ScribedbySaturn is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the client.

6. Communication

Order-related communication must take place through the designated business email.

Please allow 2-4 business days for a response.

Sending multiple emails regarding the same matter may delay response times.

7. Community Rituals

Community Rituals are performed in a group setting on scheduled dates.

Participation in a Community Ritual does not guarantee immediate or specific results.

8. Fulfilled/Shipped Status

For Community Rituals, “Fulfilled” or “Shipped” indicates that your order has entered my workflow and is being prepared or has been prepared for the scheduled ritual.

It does not indicate that a physical item has been mailed.

9. Limitation of Liability

ScribedbySaturn shall not be held liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes made by clients before, during, or after receiving spiritual services.

Clients remain responsible for their own choices and actions.

10. Respectful Conduct

Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward ScribedbySaturn or its representatives may result in refusal of future services without refund.

11. Policy Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this website.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have already been performed, scheduled, or delivered may result in refusal of future services.
